1. Be Ready to Move Forward
Design appointments are reserved for clients ready to proceed with the purchase process. Please only book if you’re prepared to move forward.

2. Consultations for Information
If you’d like to learn more about our process, services, or offerings, we encourage you to schedule a consultation. A $45 consultation fee applies, which will be credited toward your purchase if you choose to proceed.

3. Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to avoid any inconvenience.
